  I agree with the other renter. John and Nancy were not respectful or accommodating. To start things off; they were bizarre about providing a copy of the lease for me to review before hand. They required $700 down before they would let my family see what we were signing up for. Very bizarre. On top of that; the house was a mess. Ants were everywhere. Floors were not clean. We were not allowed to put the AC below 74 degrees. And they did nothing to resolve these issues. I can't imagine that they will be in business much longer because of how they treat their customers, care for their rental properties and also because sites like vrbo exist. Stay away from this place. They are the worst.

  We have used Klieinstuber's for over 30 years. We have always been pleased with the service and attention that we receive. I recommend them whole heartedly!
